#Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is a Hutchies vendor?

A business or organisation that supplies goods or services to Hutchies is what we call a vendor. This means we may engage you to supply us things or undertake work for us.

What is Hutchies' Vendor Portal?

Hutchies’ secure Vendor Portal makes it easier to manage your contracts and agreements with us. You can view, negotiate, sign, and track contracts—all in one place.

What are Hutchies’ new digital tools?

Building on our vendor registration tool, we’re introducing digital purchase orders (POs), works orders (WOs), subcontracts and agreements, along with a new portal for our vendors to login to (called Hutchies' Vendor Portal).

How do I register?

You must be an existing vendor in Hutchies' system.

To link your existing details, you'll need your ABN to get started.

What happens once I register?

We'll verify the details you provided match our records.

Once your account has been verified, you'll receive a welcome email to login to Hutchies' Vendor Portal.

How do I see contracts / agreements?

Only new contracts from 1 August 2025 will be issued using Hutchies' Vendor Portal.

Any existing contracts will not be visible in the portal.

Already in a contract with Hutchies?

No worries—existing contracts / agreements remain valid. These new tools apply to new projects from 1 August 2025. You won't be able to see any existing or previous contracts / agreements in Hutchies' Vendor Panel.

  • Minor Works (under $500K)
  • AS4901 & AS4903 (over $500K)
  • Consultant Agreements (shortform under $50K, longform over $50K)
  • Supply Agreements (goods only, no labour)

Follow the process in Hutchies' Vendor Portal.

You may receive emails from Docusign during this process, ensure you check your junk folders and mark as 'not spam' for future.
