Metro Residences is Sydney’s leading transit-orientated development in Chatswood. It features three high rise towers of varying heights and orientation – View, Spire and Grand rise through 29, 40 and 42 storeys respectively. All three towers are brought together by a beautiful 5 level base podium. 

Clad in soaring curtain walls of glass, their elegant structures and crowning metal spires are an exciting and significant addition to the Sydney skyline. Currently, the top of Grand tower is the highest point of any building in Sydney. Inside, the towers house a choice of one, two and three bedroom designs as well as magnificent penthouses. Many include studies and most are corner apartments which offer stunning dual aspect views. The magnitude of this project along with the high quality of finishes allowed the Hutchinson Builders team to showcase our design and construct expertise and deliver a high quality outcome.  

Staging of the project was a major challenge, with each tower being handed over separately while maintaining construction facilities and residential car parking and occupancy within the site boundaries.
