By using an official Hutchies® website and / or tool / systems and our social media pages ("Website") you accept these terms and conditions ("Agreement") and our associated policies.

This Agreement is between you and J Hutchinson Pty Ltd (ABN 52 009 778 330) trading as Hutchies (referred to in this Agreement as “Hutchies / us / our / we”)

You may interact with Hutchies using various websites, tools, social media profiles, or communication methods. For security, we may use different domain names to protect our systems from unauthorised access.

When corresponding formally with Hutchies, we will only use @hutchinsonbuilders.com.au and @hutchies.com.au domain names for emails. This ensures authenticity and protects the integrity of our exchanges.

Informally, we may use other domain names to protect the security of our formal domains, but this correspondence is strictly limited to informal content such as Hutchies’ Truth, or automation emails (ie system generated notifications etc).

If you suspect something suspicious when interacting with Hutchies, for example a website, person or profile purporting to represent our company to try and possibly scam someone, please let us know as soon as possible.

When corresponding on email with Hutchies, be sure to verify the email address uses an official Hutchinson Builders domain name (as specified in ‘Communication’).

We will never ask for identity documents prior to employment, nor a deposit or payment to secure employment with Hutchies.

Be vigilant online, if something sounds too good to be true, it likely is. Report it to Scamwatch if you’re unsure.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, Hutchies owns all material (including, but not limited to, imagery, content, designs, methodologies, programs, value management, policies, procedures and other intellectual property) created by us and our company members, agents, consultants and subcontractors in the development of this content and contained within these tools or associated attachments (“Material”). You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the material. You may not transmit it or store it on any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.

Hutchies, Hutchinson Builders and certain graphics relating to our company, are registered ® trade marks of J Hutchinson Pty Ltd. Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the Material or any of these trade marks in any form is prohibited. This prohibition extends to any patents owned by us or our partners that we may reference within the Material.

Further, this Material is protected by copyright which is and will remain at all times owned by us, or our partners (where we have included their content in our Material), and all rights are strictly reserved. This Material must not be copied in whole or in part without our prior written approval.

This Material is provided to you for information only and is non-binding. You must not rely on this Material for your own purposes and we disclaim any responsibility or liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of this document for unauthorised purposes. We reserve the right to withdraw or void any or all of its contents at any time without notice. If a validity period or expiration date is specified within, it is automatically void after this period unless we agree to an extension in writing.

Hutchies is quite fond of our websites and we always try to keep them running smoothly. Sometimes technical stuff fails, though, and if a site is down, we take no responsibility, and will not be liable for it being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes relating to this disclaimer will be subject to the State of Queensland, Australia.

We reserve all our legal rights and remedies in relation to any infringement of our rights in respect of this document and information contained within it.
