Off the back of our well-established relationships within the Coles and Kmart divisions of Wesfarmers, Hutchinson Builders is delighted to be considered a preferred contractor for Target. Since 2014, we have undertaken 30 projects for the iconic chain, working side-by-side with their teams to enable fit-out and shelf stocking to be undertaken with stores still trading.

Target values Hutchies’ ability to consistently meet deadlines and often compress project programmes to ensure construction timeframes are achieved. As we have with Coles, on a number of cases we have been able to halve the duration of a 12 week programme by adopting a 24/7 schedule and engaging direct labour hire.

Our close and trusted relationships with Client project managers enable us to make the most of a true ‘open book’ approach ensuring any issues were resolved effectively and efficiently.
