Redefining coastal retirement living, The Verge at Burleigh G.C. Retirement Village is a premium community designed for comfort, connection and independence.
The Verge at Burleigh offers 168 premium independent living apartments and a boutique 10-suite care hub across three buildings, complemented by exceptional facilities including a cafe, wellness centre and activities hub. Landscaped gardens and outdoor spaces encourage connection and relaxation, while secure basement parking and integrated mobility access ensure safety and convenience.
The project was delivered between 2019 and 2024 in three stages.
