Esplanade

Esplanade is a nine-level apartment building with 15 residential apartments. It has a three-level basement carpark and ground-level recreation facilities.

Despite challenges like material shortages, labour availability, and the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the project team showed resilience and adaptability. Effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and teamwork were key to managing the project's complexities and maintaining cohesion.

The architecture features an elegant form, natural materials, and unimpeded coastal views. Interiors have a coastal sophistication with seamless timber joinery, concealed bedroom doors, and zero-threshold transitions from living rooms to balconies.

Resident amenities include a luxury dining space, a communal pool, gymnasium and landscaped deck areas overlooking Palm Beach. This project represents a shift from ageing buildings to modern urban development, offering a high-end living experience and a strong sense of community.
