Domic

Domic is a luxury six bedroom, six bathroom private residence constructed over three levels on a sloping block adjacent to Noosa National Park and overlooking Sunshine Beach.

Externally, the curved roofing is covered in native landscaping, fusing the structure with the surrounding bushland and dune system. Internally, the uniquely vaulted ceilings are lined with acoustic plywood feature panels.

The upper level comprises a garage, carport, workshop, entry foyer and a separate apartment with access through the main entry. The middle level features living areas, five bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, butlers’ kitchen, cold room storage and powder room. The lower level showcases an entertaining area with a bar, cinema, gym, spa, steam room, sauna, ice bath plus an external entertaining area with a 25m pool.
