Breeze by ARIA occupies one of the last Esplanade fronting sites in Mooloolaba, one of the many spectacular beaches of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.

The striking building boasts 58 luxury apartments over 10 levels with pool, spa and recreational areas. 

The unique design, by Tony Owen Partners, creates a fluid sculpture in an already established precinct. The sinuous curves celebrate beaches, wide estuaries and organic harmonious form. 

The alternating wave balconies were challenging from a construction point of view for Hutchies, but have created expansive and beautiful coastal views, natural light and the ultimate entertaining spaces for residents in all apartments.

Mooloolaba’s north facing beach is protected by the headland and offers some of the safest and best swimming conditions on the north coast.
