Hutchies proudly undertook the construction of a state of the art, 4 storey STEM Learning Hub at St Patrick’s College in Townsville. This modern facility includes five advanced laboratories, an administration building, storerooms, staff offices, link bridges, an elevator, and extensive external works and landscaping, including a refurbished courtyard.

The ground floor is dedicated to marine science and biology, featuring specialized laboratories equipped with aquatic tanks. Level 2 houses physics and technology spaces, while the top floor is designed for chemistry laboratories and general learning areas. The new link bridges seamlessly connect the STEM Learning Hub to the adjacent academic building, enhancing continuity and accessibility across the campus.
