Hutchies was thrilled to deliver Bou-Wa Centennial Hall, a new multipurpose sports hall for the students of Cairns State High School. The new facilities includes sports courts, a stage, foyer, amenities, storage and a box office. The three connected polished timber floor courts are designed to be competition compliant for a variety of sports including basketball, netball and volleyball. The hall can also be used as an auditorium and performance space.

The project was constructed during school term, with the site nestled amongst school buildings and ever active school sports field. Hutchies worked closely with the school community to not only ensure the safety of the surrounding students but also keep disruptions to a minimum.
