This brand new purpose built 70-bed state-of-the-art high-care residential aged care facility in Mount Louisa was constructed by Hutchinson Builders to replace Blue Care’s existing 52 year old Pallarenda facility in Townsville. Each of the rooms is ensuited and common areas fitted out with high quality finishings. Construction of the centre incorporated a central facilities hub, as well as independent services buildings, car park and external landscaping works. The project scope also incorporated site infrastructure works including public road works and utilities services.
