This annual event, hosted at Hutchies’ built West Bulldogs Rugby Union Clubhouse, brings together Brisbane’s business community for a day of spirited rugby matches, all in support of Youngcare.

Teams from various companies across Brisbane came together, not only to compete but to raise awareness and funds for Youngcare. This national organisation is dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with high care needs, ensuring they have the opportunity to live, work, and play with dignity and support. Youngcare’s mission is to provide appropriate housing and care solutions, preventing young people from being forced into aged care facilities or left at home with inadequate support.

The day was filled with hard fought matches, showcasing the determination and sportsmanship of all participants. The atmosphere was electric, with colleagues, friends, and families cheering on their teams from the sidelines.

As the day progressed, the competition intensified, culminating in a thrilling final match between Hutchies and Blue Commercial. In a exciting conclusion, Hutchies scored a try on full time, securing a 12-7 victory. The win was celebrated with great enthusiasm, and the trophy now proudly resides in Hutchies’ Toowong office for the next 12 months.
