Hutchies had a strong showing at the 2026 Master Builders Queensland Gold Coast Housing & Construction Awards, with project teams recognised across residential, tourism and community infrastructure categories.
The awards highlighted the diversity of projects being delivered across the Gold Coast, from major hotel and residential developments through to essential emergency services infrastructure.
Project of the Year
Mondrian Gold Coast Hotel + Residences, Burleigh Heads
The biggest award of the night went to Mondrian Gold Coast Hotel + Residences, which was named McInnes Lawyers Project of the Year.
Selected from the category winners across the evening, the award recognises outstanding achievement in construction and celebrates the project that best demonstrates excellence in delivery, quality and collaboration.
Accepting the award on behalf of the project team, Jye Bailey thanked Master Builders Queensland and the wider industry for the recognition.
The project also won the Tourism & Leisure Facilities over $10 million category, making it one of the standout performers at this year's Gold Coast awards.
