Hutchies is currently seeking motivated, skilled, and hardworking professionals to join our Brisbane team on a full time, permanent basis.

- Senior Contract Administrators
- Site Managers
- Senior Project Engineers
We’ve got a strong pipeline of work secured, including upcoming health projects up to $50M, along with a steady mix of other jobs across the team. It’s a great time to get involved if you’re keen to work on solid, well supported projects with experienced teams.
At Hutchies, you’re not sitting on the sidelines — you’re part of the team, taking ownership and getting things done. You’ll be embedded within your project team, working closely with your Team Leader and site crew, and have a real say in how the job runs.
#Roles
The roles:
- Senior Contract Administrator: You’ll take the lead on the commercial side of projects — managing procurement, subcontractor engagement, variations, EOTs and overall financial performance. It’s a mix of detail and big picture thinking, working closely with the Project Manager and site team, and mentoring Contract Administrators to keep things on track and protect margin.
- Site Manager: You’ll run the site day to day — coordinating trades with your team of supervisors, managing programme, keeping on top of safety and quality, and driving productivity on the ground. This is a hands on role for someone who knows how to keep a job moving and build a strong site culture.
- Senior Project Engineer: You’ll support delivery from a technical and coordination point of view — managing programme, tracking progress, resolving design and construction issues, and supporting the broader team. This role suits someone who enjoys problem solving and being across all aspects of the build.
